We have just finished playing our gripping promenade show Everything Falls Apart at the Korjaamo Culture Factory as part of the Stage Helsinki Theatre Festival in Finland. We will next be performing this show from the 18 - 26 October in Østfold, Norway visiting: St. Croix - Fredrikstad, Black Box - Halden, Kirkeparken - Moss. The tour will be a mix of performances and workshops.

We are now right in the middle of our busy preparations for Tales From The Middle Of Town, our brand new site specific, promenade show for young people taking place in Peterborough from 6 - 16 October. Click on Peterborough Project above for more information.

Who we are

NIE is an international project that brings together theatre artists from different backgrounds, traditions and training to create original performances.

Our aims are:

  • to create original and remarkable theatre performances;
  • to foster understanding and exchange of ideas between theatre artists from different European countries, different traditions and different training;
  • to explore and extend the possibilities of performance in different languages;
  • to create educational projects ad workshops that disseminate our ideas and discoveries and that bring together students from different European countries and traditions;
  • to tour in East and West Europe as a means of disseminating our discoveries and ideas.
